Today has just been one of those days. I don’t think I’ve mentioned it before, but I’m in the process of applying to grad schools at the moment. It’s a little bit overwhelming. I know that I want to go get a Masters. The real question is what to get it in. Every day I seem to be changing my mind. I often wonder how people decide what they want to do with their lives. How is it someone knows EXACTLY what to study? Going into college, I knew I liked History. So, I majored in History. But, what the hell am I going to do with a History degree. Become a lawyer? I don’t think that’s for me. Perhaps a teacher? Nah, not yet. 

So, I had a minor freak out today. Running kind of helped to get my mind back in some usable shape. 

This is just very stressful. And that stress made me bake today. So, now there are cookies in the house.

 

Anyway, Monday was the official restart date of me getting healthier. Needless to say, the cookies aren’t helping. 

But, oh, was the batter delicious!

Don’t hate me. 

I got caught up in the craziness of the Holidays. After the wedding, my world imploded. 

I would like to tell you, I SUCCESSFULLY RAN A TEN MILE RUN. I kicked butt during the 2011 Pumpkin Run on Halloween. 

It’s a pretty badass run through a really old cemetery in Jacksonville. And, oh, how people dress up. 

Anyway, it was a glorious run and I’m very proud of myself and my time. 

I would’ve preferred to finish sub-2 hours. But, I’m not disappointed. 

Anyway, this post is somewhat of an apology, I suppose. 

I’m going to do my best to post more regularly. I’m trying to get back in the swing of things. 

I CAN DO THIS.

Apparently, I’m a terrible blogger. I didn’t keep up with my ‘posting something every day.’ Whoops. And now I leave for a wedding in two days. And I don’t think I’m going to bring m computer. Although, I really want to… 

We’ll see. 

Anyway, I just want you to know, I’m still doin’ this. I’m dedicated to it. 

And I think by Monday, I’ll be ready to start again. For real this time. Hopefully with some pictures from the wedding. Hopefully.
